Evgeni Moyakine Research Fellow at the Center for Cyber Law & Policy in Haifa, Israel

Evgeni Moyakine was recently appointed Research Fellow at the Center for Cyber Law & Policy at the University of Haifa, Israel, for a three-year period.
From February to March 2019 he will work in Israel on his research, which highlights various aspects of the allocation of cyber operations to States from a legal and technological perspective.
Moyakine is an assistant professor of IT law at the Transboundary Legal Studies department.
