Marcel Brus, Panos Merkouris and Brigit Toebes at ILA-conference in Sydney
Marcel Brus, Panos Merkouris and Brigit Toebes were in Sydney from August 19th to 24th, 2018, to attend the biennial conference of the International Law Association.
Prof. Marcel Brus had an important role as Director of Studies at the congress. Prof. Panos Merkouris was involved in the Content and evolution of the rules of interpretation study group. Prof. Brigit Toebes was co-chair of the ILA Global Health Law Committee, together with Prof. Fred Abbott. She organized a meeting with him about plain packaging of tobacco (neutral packaging of tobacco) and the WTO Panel report on this.
