Europeanisation of Scandinavian civil procedure - Lecture prof. dr. Anna Nylund

On 28 April prof. dr. Anna Nylund will give a lecture "Europeanisation of Scandinavian civil procedure". The lecture will start with a discussion on if a Scandinavian form of civil procedure can be identified and the hallmarks of it. The second part of the lecture is devoted to a discussion if and how different affiliations to the European Union have an impact on Europeanisation of the Scandinavian countries. Prof. Nylund is a professor of law (civil procedure) at the Arctic University of Norway.
