Dimitry Kochenov consults Maltese government on the issue of legal residence

Prof. Dimitry Kochenov (EU Constitutional Law) who is teaching "Citizenship" at Princeton this year as a Martin and Kathleen Crane Fellow in Law and Public Affairs at the Woodrow Wilson School, consulted the government of the Maltese Republic on the issue of legal residence. His advice lead to successful amendments of the laws, decoupling residence from physical presence. Malta Today dedicated an article to these developments, extensively quoting from the expert advice Prof. Kochenov provided.
