The GSNLT presents this three-part seminar series to kick start the network.

This second session that will explore the role of litigation and arbitration in tobacco control, including in the way in which human rights arguments are used. It will highlight different novel and current litigation developments across different contexts.

The aim of this series is to foster the sharing of knowledge, challenges and trends in tobacco regulation, litigation and human rights in tobacco control, across all jurisdictions. We want participants to leave with fresh ideas on how to progress on tobacco control within their own context.
