Introducing the GSNLT and global tobacco control

You are invited to join the first webinar of the Global Scientific Network on Law and Tobacco (GSNLT), to be held online on 10th December 9.00 – 10.00 a.m. CET! 

The GSNLT presents this three-part seminar series to kick start the network. It will be a space for increasing knowledge and sharing of challenges and trends in tobacco regulation, litigation and human rights.

This first session will serve as an introduction to the GSNLT and the topic of tobacco and human rights. It will provide an opportunity to discuss tobacco control in different global contexts and an opportunity to contribute to the planning of the GSNLT. This first session is part of a three-part series, which will address topics such as litigation and arbitration in tobacco and novel product control, and tobacco, the environment and health.

The aim of this series is to foster the sharing of knowledge, challenges and trends in tobacco regulation, litigation and human rights in tobacco control, across all jurisdictions. We want participants to leave with fresh ideas on how to progress on tobacco control within their own context.
