The Role of the EAEU Court in Establishing the Constitutional Principles of the EAEU Market and its CJEU Inspiration

The lecture is given in the auspices of the seminar on the Constitutional Principles of the EU Market, convened by Professors D. Kochenov and J. Langer and is open to all the students and staff members. This is a unique opportunity for students and colleagues to get to know more about the indirect role played by the Court of Justice of the European Union in the context of the integration processes in the post-Soviet space .Kirill Entin is a counsellor at the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union and visiting professor at the "Higher School of Economics" University in Moscow where he teaches EU law and EU-Russia relations. He holds LL M degrees from the College of Europe (Brugge) and MGIMO University and defended a PhD thesis in EU competition law in 2011. Prior to joining the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union in 2015 he was an associate professor at the Higher School of Economics and a research fellow at the Centre for Comprehensive European and International Studies (CCEIS). In 2012-2013 he completed an internship at the Court of Justice of the European Union.
Dr. Entin is the author of the first Russian textbook focusing on the case-law of the CJEU. a number of articles on EAEU law in Russian and English.
