Prof. M. Zamboni

Mauro Zamboni is associate professor of law at the Stockholm Centre for Commercial Law, Stockholm University, a research fellow for legal scholarship of the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences and Visiting Professor at Groningen Centre for Law and Governance, University of Groningen (The Netherlands). His fields of interest are legal theory and transnational corporate law. In his last book, The Idea of Corporation in Transnational Law (forthcoming), he investigates the legal concept of corporation as used in a transnational environment and its compatibility with the idea of a general corporate social responsibility.
