Dimitry Kochenov on the possibility of returning Crimea to Ukraine
Prof. Dimitry Kochenov (EU Constitutional Law) has given an interview to BBC World Radio (Russian service) on the possibility of returning Crimea to Ukraine after the occupation is over. International precedents in this regard demonstrate that even holding illegally annexed land for dozens of years does not legalize occupation.
