Results of 2024 University elections
The votes have been counted and the results of the University elections are in!
Elections were held for the student sections of the UG University Council and faculty councils. The student parties actively campaigned at University buildings once again. By handing out flyers and chatting with students, the parties were able to make students enthusiastic to go and vote. This resulted in an increase in the number of students voting. The overall turnout was 24.05% out of 33,393 students. This is 2% more than last year.
