New licence Reaxys Medicinal Chemistry

UG and UMCG have obtained an additional license to Reaxys, the
database for chemicals and reactions. The new module is called Reaxys
Medicinal Chemistry and is available from now on.
The module has also been added to the UB E-resources list.
