Erasmus+ Staff Week

12 April 2018

This Monday the University of Groningen has welcomed almost 50 international colleagues from 20 different countries to attend Erasmus+ Staff Week. The event provides a unique opportunity to exchange experiences and discuss institutional strategies and policies in an international context.

This year the University of Groningen has decided to share its expertise in the areas of sustainability and internationalization. For a whole week, 9-13 April,  delegates will join various sessions prepared by experts from across the University, involving specialists from Human Resources, the Green Office, Health, Safety and Environment, the International Classroom project, Language and Culture Policy, Sustainable Buildings, student associations and internationalisation experts from the faculties. The programme will also showcase our successful partnership with local and international stakeholders, such as the New Energy Coalition or International Welcome Centre North.

The event is organised by the Department of International Strategy and Relations to strengthen the cooperation with our partner institutions, and facilitate networking and the establishment of new partnerships. The event brings together colleagues from the universities within EU, but also from partner countries, such as Ukraine, Georgia, Serbia and India.
