Green Office organizes Roundtable discussion with UN Climate Ambassador Marcel Beukeboom
The Dutch UN Climate Ambassador Marcel Beukeboom will visit Groningen this week. He will talk with UG students about climate change in a roundtable conversation organized by the Green Office.
In this meeting he hopes to learn from the students' opinions, knowledge and innovative ideas. His plan is to visit every university in the Netherlands to meet different students and listen to their views on climate change. The University of Groningen will be his first university visit. There is only room for 12 students from the University of Groningen to participate in this roundtable discussion. This meeting will be held in the Academy Building, Faculty Room Economy on Friday 6 April. For students it is still possible to sign up here.
