Edwin Woerdman comments on emissions trading vote in European Parliament on national radio

Dr. Edwin Woerdman is interviewed as climate expert on the Dutch national radio ('BNR Nieuwsradio') to comment upon the recent vote in the European Parliament on the revision of the EU emissions trading system. The interview starts at 9 minutes and 20 seconds.
