Job Description:

SBU / Direction
ExpertLine, fully integrated in the service offer proposal of the European Listing Team, manages IPOs of companies, their admission to trading and issuers relationships by maintaining a high quality of services delivery.
Key Accountabilities
:
Working directly with the ExpertLine team, the intern will have the main following tasks:
- Take customer phone calls, answering to questions with internal redirection when needed.
- Operational management support of the CONNECT and European Equities websites.
- Support for listed companies and the Listing Team in the use of the websites.
- Organisation of Webinars aiming at presenting our CONNECT web site.
- Promote our service proposals and tracking marketing campaigns.
- Continuous update of our Clients database on Sales Force (internal CRM tool) and on CONNECT.
- Design of promotional material (guides, brochures, mass mailing ..).
- Preparation of workshops dedicated to listed companies and Market Intermediaries (sending invitations, registration management, logistics, development of PowerPoint presentation, etc. ..)
- Produce market statistics for listed companies and for internal needs.
- Co-design of a tiered service package for clients.
- Calculation of business cases (decision making process)
- Project progress follow up and reporting.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
Fluency in English and French is essential (Dutch and / or Portuguese would be appreciated too)
- Economics / Finance / Management and / or IT background (Bac+3/Bac+5 or equivalent)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, interacting effectively at all levels.
- You are PC literacy (proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is expected)
- Methodical, quick thinker with excellent organisational skills.
- An excellent telephone manner with the ability to react to clients’ requests effectively, ensuring that they are followed through to a successful conclusion.
- Customer focused – keen to understand the customer’s requirements and deliver a high quality
service
