Changes in the Activities module

19 April 2021

We improved the registration of Activities in Pure:

  • Simplification of the templates and subtemplates
  • Revision of the help text
  • Revision submission guidelines on the Pure support webpage
  • Adaptation to the new KUOZ (2021-2027).

In the new structure:

  • All the presentations in conferences and events are registered under Talk and presentation. You may choose between three categories: Academic event, Professional or public event, or Inaugural lecture.
  • All the activities related to membership are registered under one single template: Membership. More information about your task in the organization can be added using the list of personal roles.
  • You can register activities related to the organisation of events such as conferences, symposiums, workshops, masterclasses and public events in Organising and attending an event.
  • The registration of the attendance of events addressed to the academic community or the general public in Attending an event.
  • The distinction between examination and teaching activities in an external and internal organization is more straightforward. By introducing the templates: Examination, teaching or supervision external institution and Supervision and examination of PhD students of the UG.
