- when an application is submitted, HF support sends back an
email to applicant with text from the HF
knowledge base
- once the applicant has returned a follow-up email with
completed data to HF support, HF support enters this data into a
spreadsheet on HF google drive. In addition, the updated version of
the spreadsheet
is saved bi-annually in the HF drive at Y: (Y:).
- at the same time, the changes are made by HF support in HF and
the applicant is notified accordingly.
- the corresponding GS is also notified of the application
submitted to HF support.
