Removal of a secretary's roll from HF
As a university application administrator, you can delete a user
after you delete a user's last role. As long as a user keeps a
role, the user cannot be deleted.
If you remove someone as secretary of promoter from that role, do
as follows:
- 1. Remove all the secretary's links to promoters:
> Users > assign secretaries > search by secretary name > check all links to supervisors > click delete.
- 2. Next, remove the last role of a secretary:
> Users > All Users > search by secretary's name > click the stop sign on the same line as promoter's secretary role > click save (bottom screen).
