Faculty pedels and GS-combination role

1. Go to the current trajectories and enter the desired date in column Start.
Suppose you want to download trajectories from November 1, 2023, then in the search screen (Start date) enter: ">31-10-2023". If you want to see trajectories from January 1, 2024, then enter in the search screen: ">31-12-2023". This means: Anything greater/later than 31-12-2023.

2. Click on More options and Export

3. Choose Column Selection Default and then Start export

4. Download the export and remove columns that are not necessarily needed. Keep only the requested columns.

5. Preferably send the export via SURFfilesender to the recipient.

• Go to the Control Panel in Hora Finita
• <ctrl>f: column selections and enter <enter>
• Use: search word in the search box name: e.g. "export t.b.v."
• and/or browse pages by the user's name (you cannot search in the user field!)
• Tick the activity and click delete.

• Go to Control Panel
• Select Overige hulptabellen
• Select Financieringsbronnen
• Click on the button: New

Enter:

• name
• default cash flow: 1 - 2 - 3 - 4
• faculty (important)
• Save

You can now select the new funding source for each PhD track in the General tab under Funding.
