Reserving a studio

You can make a reservation for an individual or group studio via de UB App. When you have made a reservation, you don't need to collect a key; you can open the studio with your University card. When you have reserved a group studio, all added users have access with their University card. It's not possible to make a reservation for a studio via LibCal (regular studyplaces) or at the Facility Desk.

N.B.: There is a limit to the amount of reservations you can make; please check the UB app for the conditions 

Studios can be reserved by students and staff of the University of Groningen. Use the UB App if you would like to reserve a studio.

The regular study places in the UB City Centre are freely accessible, with the exception of the UG-only/exam periods. In these weeks surrounding the exam periods you must reserve a study place upfront at the UB City Centre.
