Loans

Whenever possible, and subject to specific conditions, the library will lend items from its collections to exhibitions in museums, libaries, and similar institutions. The borrowing institution has to be able to meet the general conditions for the exhibition of rare books and objects, and any loan may also be subject to additional conditions. In general, loans are not granted to travelling exhibitions and to exhibitions scheduled to last more than three months.

It is important to submit requests as early as possible and no later than three months before the intended starting date of the loan.

Incomplete forms will not be processed. By submitting a loan request, the applicant confirms compliance with the general loan conditions.
