Digital reproductions of our material may be freely used for non-commercial purposes, provided that “University of Groningen Library, Special Collections” and the copyright owner(s) of the reproduced material are mentioned as sources.

Use for commercial purposes is only permitted with our prior written consent. Where applicable, any use also requires the prior consent of the rightful third-party claimant.

Users of digital reproductions of our materials are themselves liable for infringement of these terms of use and/or copyright, and indemnify the University Library against claims by third parties as a result.

A complimentary copy of the publication containing the reproduction of our material to our University Library is appreciated.
