Prof. Tobias Andreae (1604–1676)

Also professor of history and Greek. Andreae managed to identify all titles that had been acquired during his predecessor’s term, cataloguing them after all. He also actively pursued new acquisitions himself and sold double titles. Due to illness he had to retire as librarian in 1668.
