If you are interested in modules offered by the Faculty of Arts instead of registering for a full study programme, there are several possibilities.
A large number of modules are conditionally available for non-registered students. Degree students of a Dutch university or university of applied sciences may enrol in these modules as electives, without paying course fees. All others may register as a contract student through the Open Modules arrangement.
Students with a Bachelor’s degree who are not automatically admitted, may be eligible for a pre-master programme.
If you want to learn a language, the language modules of the Bachelor’s programme European Languages and Cultures are usually not suitable for external students. The Language Center and Institut Francais are also based in the Harmonie Building and offer a large number of language courses.
