cTouch/SMARTboard/
Several lecture rooms are equipped with a touch-sensitive presentation screen. This means that you can operate the computer via the screen using your finger or a special pen. You can also write on these screens. In the summer of 2017, the cTouch screens became the standard touch-sensitive screentype of the faculty. They replaced SMARTboard because they are longer-lasting, have a sharper image and do not require calibration. To write directly on the screen you first have to launch the SMART Notebook program. SMARTboards are still present in a small number of lecture rooms (see the lecture room overview)
Some rooms are also equipped with a Sympodium. This is a special touch-sensitive computer monitor on a lectern. It is intended for rooms with a projection screen that is too large (and/or too highly placed) to be operated or written on via touch.
