General information

Before you can start your studies at the UG, there are several matters that have to be resolved before the start of the academic year. Make sure you can check off every item on the following ‘to do’ list to make sure you are prepared for your studies!

• Register as a student before 1 September*
  Upload ID
  Upload qualifications (diplomas and certificates)
  Select a payment plan for tuition fees

• Activate your student account
• Upload a photograph for your student card
• Check your student mail
• Check your schedule (select year 2024-2025 at the top)
• Faculty of Arts academic timetable

Functional impairment

If you have ADD, ADHD, ASS, dyslexia or another functional impairment that might affect your studies or study progress, please read the relevant information. If you would like to apply for special provisions, please contact your study adviser (Ms. Marloes Bergmans, studyadvicecis rug.nl) as soon as possible, preferably before the start of the programme.
