To provide answers to practical questions about leadership within organisations, we carry out innovative research and combine the latest insights from research with specific, original data. We offer different options for research projects:

Tailor-made projects, based on a specific question within an organisation, which can be answered in a fairly short time – three months to one or two years. The point of departure is a practical question that is also relevant from a research point of view.
Projects that begin with a research question, but which have a practical relevance at the same time. This could take the form of a post-doc project (e.g. the research project with Aedes), or it could be set up as a joint project based on data analyses (e.g. the research project with Korn Ferry Hay Group of KDVI).
