Management program (START: 2024)
In the LEAD, together with the University of Groningen Business School (UGBS), has developed an executive management program, especially for managers within an industrial or construction company in the Northern Netherlands. Within this program, senior managers gain relevant business insights and practical management tools to improve the quality of management within their company in terms of strategy, talent management and performance measurement. It also provides insight into how managers can lead change internally. In the program there is room for substantive sparring with other managers. It is a practice-oriented program that has been formed in collaboration with experienced managers from the region.
