Study and supervision

Psychology has several study advisors: Lex Jurna, Ellen Schaafsma, Arlette van Berkel, Sietske Weide and Marlies Roijakkers.

Appointment

Do not hesitate to make an appointment with your study advisor. You can arrange for a meeting through our online booking system or by phone (+31-(0)50-363 6301, student service desk) or at the Student Service Desk, first floor Heymans building.

Walk-in hours

Walk-in hours are weekly on Tuesday and Thursday between 11.00 and 12.00. At the Student Service Desk you can find information about which study advisor is available on which day and in which office you need to be.

The walk-in hour is for short questions that are difficult to ask via mail. If you have documents that need a signature (eg. Bafög) you are also more than welcome. Scheduling an appointment is not necessary, you can simply visit us. If your question is too difficult to answer in a few minutes the study advisor will ask you to schedule a full (30 minutes) appointment. Keep in mind that if you show up just before 12.00, the study advisor might not have time for you anymore.
