Roadmap CCS implemented by private partner De Gemeynt
Earlier this year the Ministry of Economic Affairs tasked private partner De Gemeynt to develop a roadmap on Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. The goal of the roadmap is to arrive at a broadly supported vision of the role of CCS in the ongoing energy transition in the Netherlands and a step-by-step plan how CCS could actually fulfill this role.

The roadmap is of high interest for the research project since CCS is a highly disputed energy innovation and since various stakeholders with diverse values take part in the process. Researcher Nicole Huijts and Nadja Contzen have been invited to take an observational role in the process by joining some of the meetings.
