Historic abuse of children in foster care . A project on violence towards children growing up in the foster care system in the Netherlands since 1945.

Project Audre . A study into the experiences of LGBTQIA youth and young adults in out-of-home care.

Participation in the out-of-home placement decision. A study on how the voices of children under the age of twelve can be strengthened during the out-of-home placement decision.

Project Iris . A narrative study on the experiences, needs and expertise of foster families caring for a sexually abused foster child.

Project-BOP. A participatory study on the psychosocial needs of foster children and the impact of their past on these needs.

Matching in family foster care. A project on the factors that influence the matching decision in non-kinship family foster care.

Gezond Terug (A healthy return). A project on treatment and assessment of parenting in the context of reunification of young children (0-2 years).

Managing and reducing stress in foster carers of young foster children. A randomized control study on the effects of the ‘Pleegouder-Pleegkind Interventie (PPI; Foster Parent-Foster Child Intervention)’.
