How do we improve teaching? We conduct empirical and theoretical research into insights regarding well being, social-emotional development, and optimization of the learning process concerning pupils, students, and teaching professionals. In this, we pay a lot of attention for the role of teachers in foundational and higher education. In close cooperation with our partners from the field, we strive for promising and future-oriented learning environments on a regional, national, and international level.
