Emergency - BHV

In case of an emergency, you may call the university wide emergency number: 8050. The university rescue service (BHV) is set into operation via this number.

Courier and Porter Service

There is no service desk from the faculty wide courier and porter service in the Munting building. The main desk of the porters is in the Heymans building.

Facilities

There is a projector or LCD screen, including a PC, in every classroom.

Malfunctions

If there are any malfunctions in the equipment in the classrooms, please contact the courier and porter service at the main desk in the Heymans building (map for the disabled). In the case of malfunctioning of equipment in laboratories, please contact Research Support BSS.

Accessibility

The Munting building has one elevator – at the Grote Kruisstraat 2. Toilet facilities for the disabled are also located in this part of the building.

Opening hours

• Monday to Thursday: 08.00 a.m. – 9.30 p.m.

• Friday: 08.00 a.m. – 5.30 p.m.
• Closed during the weekends

The opening hours of the canteen, Student Service Desk, Copy Shop (= Repro) differ from these times. During the summer holidays and around Christmas and New Year’s Eve there are different opening hours, too.

Keys

You can get keys for the various classrooms from the main desk of the porters in the Heymans building.
