Alarm/Calamities

In the event of calamities, please call the University emergency number: +31 (0)50 363 8050. The in-house emergency services (BHV) will be notified through this number.

Accessibility/Reception

The reception desk of the in-house services department of the Faculty of BSS is not located in the Gadourek Building but in the Heymans Building. The facility support is organized at this reception desk (+31 (0)50 363 6314).

Parking

A parking scheme applies to both BSS car parks on the Hortus location, which means the grounds are usually occupied. If this is not the case, the reception desk staff/ in-house services staff may allow visitors to park in these grounds.

Facilities of the Gadourek Building

• Student workstations, some including fixed PCs.
• Orangerie (Orangery), consultation rooms and workspace.
• Office space for Sociology on second and third floors.
• Methodology Shop.
• Study association Societas.Meeting rooms for up to 16 people.
• Including LED screen and PC.

Malfunctioning

If the equipment in the PC rooms and meeting rooms is malfunctioning, you can contact the reception desk of in-house services in the Heymans Building (31 0(5) 0 363 6314).

Accessibility in the case of disability

The Gadourek Building has a lift for this building and the Bouman Building. There are no disabled toilets in the Gadourek Building. It is located on the ground floor of the Bouman Building. Both car parks have parking spots for people with a disability. (Disabilities facilities map)

Keys

Keys of meeting rooms are lent by the reception for the duration of the lease.
