Trajectory ‘Coach’

The trajectory ‘Coach’ consists of:

A mandatory skill course in the Master program:

• Coaching: 5 ECTS (40% theory; 60% practice)

A choice of 10 ECTS from the following theory courses in the Master program:

• Talent Development & Creativity
• Competence and Motivation
• Power and Leadership
• Selection, Assessment and Job Performance
• Stress and Health at Work 

• Talent Assessment and Performance Prediction

The learning trajectory has a workload of 15 ECTS (420 hours).
