Trajectory ‘Coach and trainer of young professionals’

The trajectory ‘Coach and trainer of young professionals’ consists of:

Two mandatory skills courses in the Bachelor program:

  • Dialogue and group skills (or: Intervention and dialogue: communication and group skills): 5 ECTS (50% theory / 50% practice)
  • Communication and diagnostics skills: 5ECTS (40% theory / 60% practice)

A choice of 5 ECTS from the following theory courses in the third year of the Bachelor program:

  • Conflict Management and Negotiation at Work 
  • Psychology in the Workplace
  • Sport and performance psychology
  • Organizational Development and Change 
  • Group dynamics
  • Interpersonal relations
  • Social Cognition
  • Introduction to cognitive behavioural therapies
  • Social influence

A choice of 10 ECTS from the following trainer skills courses of the Bachelor program:

  • Teaching skills: 10 ECTS (20% theory/ 80% practice)
  • Dynamic skills in groups: 10 ECTS (20% theory/ 80% practice)
  • Teaching and Mentoring in Psychology 10 ECTS (20% theory/ 80% practice)

A mandatory skill course in the Master program:

  • Coaching: 5 ECTS (40% theory; 60% practice)

A choice of 10 ECTS from the following theory courses in the Master program:

  • Talent Development & Creativity
  • Competence and Motivation
  • Power and Leadership
  • Selection, Assessment and Job Performance
  • Stress and Health at Work 
  • Talent Assessment and Performance Prediction

The learning trajectory has a workload of 40 ECTS (1120 hours).
