The EU and the SNN
The Groningen Digital Business Centre (GDBC) has formulated four ambitions: to function as a knowledge platform for digital entrepreneurship; to facilitate matchmaking between talented students and Northern companies in the digital sector; to start up a multidisciplinary curriculum focusing on digital entrepreneurship that will eventually result in a multidisciplinary Master of Science programme in Digital Business and Analytics; and to examine, in collaboration with the Northern companies, which relevant topics can serve as the basis for a research agenda.
The GDBC is co-financed by the European Union, the European Regional Development Fund, the SNN (Samenwerkingsverband Noord-Nederland, Northern Netherlands Provinces Alliance), the Municipality of Groningen, the Province of Groningen and several other parties and partners.
