GDBC partners

The Groningen Digital Business Centre is supported by the following parties:

The Groningen Digital Business Centre receives a contribution from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) of the European Union, via the SNN.

Samenwerkingsverband Noord-Nederland (Northern Netherlands Provinces Alliance) stimulates, facilitates and links ambitions aimed at the development of the Northern Netherlands. The SNN supports the Groningen Digital Business Centre with a grant.

The Province of Groningen aims to fully support digitization and to use all the available opportunities in the field of employment in this sector, and is therefore happy to contribute to the Groningen Digital Business Centre.

The Municipality of Groningen considers digitization an important theme for the coming years, and therefore also supports the Groningen Digital Business Centre.

Rabobank supports the GDBC with annual grants for a period of five years.

Bedrijvenvereniging West is a networking organization for companies on the west side of the city of Groningen. The association supports initiatives pursued by companies or clusters of companies to strengthen certain sectors, such as in this case the digital sector.

Northern digital companies

The members of the NOO (Noordelijke Online Ondernemers; Northern Netherlands Online Entrepreneurs) are not only the joint initiators and founders of the GDBC, some of them also contribute financially to the development of the Groningen Digital Business Centre.
