Healthy ageing

The theme Healthy Ageing stimulates collaborations between Engineering scientists who are experts in Applied Mathematics, Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, Bio- and Chemical Engineering, Applied Physics, and Computer Science Engineering. Research is being conducted within the Centre for Systems Biology and in a consortium between the Engineering and Technology Institute Groningen and the University Medical Centre Groningen, for the development of smart mobility devices with improved patient prosthesis interaction.
