I have graduated and submitted a deregistration and reimbursement request form. Nevertheless, my account is still being debited for tuition fees. Is this correct?
It sometimes takes time before your request (via Studielink) is
completely processed. Before you can actually be deregistered, the
University of Groningen has to wait for your Faculty to send the
results of your final examination. This may take as long as two
months. If you have been waiting even longer, please contact the Student Information
and Administration.
