Yes, the bachelor's diploma can also be collected at the Student Support Desk. The standard procedure requires the student to collect the diploma themselves. You can indicate on the application form whether you would like to attend the diploma ceremony, or whether you would like to collect it yourself. Under special circumstances, it is possible to authorize someone else to collect the diploma for you. In order to request this, you will have to send an email to the Student Support Desk (educationoffice.fss@rug.nl).
