The primary goal of this 4-year (September 2015 - 2019) research project is to enable organizations to reduce the impact of inevitable disruptions via building resilient supply chains.The proposed research brings together knowledge from supply chain management with knowledge from organizational behavior intending to gain more insight into the nature of disturbances and the way in which partners in the supply chain can jointly respond in order to achieve higher quality joint decisions. Results from this research bring opportunities for Dutch organizations to be better trained via a decision support and training tool for resilience.
