New issue FEB Research Newsletter
The Faculty of Economics and Business is proud to present 2024's first FEB Research Newsletter, our bi-montly newsletter in which we keep you updated on our research activities, Centres of Expertise and researchers.
In this first issue of 2024, professor Weining Wang introduces herself. She started working at FEB in September 2023 and she is excited to work on world-class research within the department of Economics, Econometrics and Finance.
We also present our second Impact case: the Groningen Growth and Development Centre (GGDC). Jutta Bolt, Bart Los, Robert Inklaar and Gaaitzen de Vries are the leading experts of the GGDC. Their focus is on the measurement and analysis of global economic welfare.
Lastly, PhD candidate Carlotta Masciandaro talks about her research into the distributional consequences of climate policies.
