FEB earns EQUIS re-accreditation
The Faculty of Economics and Business has been awarded the prestigious EFMD Quality Improvement System (EQUIS) accreditation for an additional three years. This re-accreditation was achieved following an extensive and rigorous evaluation of the Faculty by the EQUIS Peer Review Team in February. The re-accreditation is credit to the hard work of FEB’s staff and students that they have been able to maintain an impeccable standard and achieve re-accreditation.
Dean of the Faculty Professor Peter Verhoef was pleased to hear the news: “We are very proud to have had our EQUIS accreditation extended. It is a great symbol of the Faculty’s continued success and high quality performance, during challenging times. Since the last accreditation we have worked hard to improve connections to external partners and it is very satisfying that the PRT acknowledges our efforts as exceeding Equis’ standards.”
About EQUIS
EQUIS is a schoolaccreditation system, that is specialised in higher education institutions of management and business administration, and run by the European Foundation for Management Development. The accreditation is awarded to business schools based on general quality. Important themes for EQUIS are Internationalisation, Corporate Connections, and Ethics, Responsibility and Sustainability.
FEB is also AACSB accredited. The combination of both the EQUIS and AACSB accreditations is only reserved for the global top 1% of business schools.Last modified: | 01 February 2023 4.20 p.m. |
