Floor Rink has won the Dutch HR Top100 scientific award! The HR Top100 is a network for HR leaders in The Netherlands.
Floor discussed her work using psychological theories to explain economic and organisational issues in a podcast interview with HR Top100. ‘My central research themes focus on HR situations in which intra- and intergroup relationships play a role, such as responses to diversity, ethical decision-making and governance and the effects of status differences on cooperation,’ she explained.
