Workshops, courses and training
The trainers of the Student Service Centre offer a broad range of courses and workshops for students, to support them with their studies and personal wellbeing. Topics and examples are:

Study skills (for example effective studying, academic writing skills, presenting, speedreading, studying with dyslexia)

Dealing with stress (for example dealing with writing anxiety, successfull exam techniques, work-life balance, mindfullness)

Self-discipline (for example stop procrastination, study- and thesis support groups)

Personal development (for example living to the full, assertiveness, fear of failure, socializing, bullet journaling)

Study choice (for example study choice workshops for bachelor- and master students)
In addition to the extensive offer of courses and workshops for students, the SSC trainers also support other target groups, such as PhD students, study advisors, tutors, mentors and student organisations.
Do you have a UG computer account? Please visit our internal information portal for extensive information about these courses/workshops and the possibility to register digitally. Prospective UG students, or students who are temporarily not registered at the UG may contact the SSC frontdesk instead.
