Do you sometimes feel like you are on the verge of a break-down? Are you having trouble concentrating and do you have 'To-Do-Lists' everywhere, because you are getting more forgetful? Do you also feel that you don't have time to relax or see friends?
In that case, it might be a good idea to do this workshop on burnout prevention, hosted by our PhD psychologist Karen Huizing. The main objective of which is to give you information about burnout and to assess yourself in terms of being at risk of a burnout. Also, you will receive some tips and tools to find more balance in your life and to strengthen your resilience.
