Honours Festival 2024

On June 26th, the Honours Festival will take place in the Academy building between 1:30 pm and 5:00 pm. The Festival is the final activity of the Honours Programme. Third-year honours students from the Johnson Cohort (2021-2022), will show in a fun way what they have learned during their summer or winter school and complementary broadening courses.

This part is organized to encourage the students to approach current scientific and societal problems from different interdisciplinary perspectives and to translate this into a vision for the future. It consists of a broadening knowledge component, a skills component (such as academic writing, effective collaboration, being persuasive), and a component focused on personal development (self-knowledge and reflection).

This will be done through a range of interesting and interactive activities! The audience will vote for the ‘Atelier’ that inspired them the most via a live polling. Everyone is welcome to come and experience what these students have learned in a festive way!

Afterward, the graduation ceremony will take place and the graduates will celebrate their graduation from the Honours College!
