What is a statement of enrolment?
The statement of enrolment is a document that proves that you are a student and registered at University of Groningen
You can use the statement of enrolment for non-university bodies such as insurance companies, health insurers, pension or orphan funds, travel companies, etc. A student association may also ask for a statement of enrolment.

Certified copy of UG diploma
You can request a certified copy of your UG diploma in two ways:- Fill in the Application form statements and receive the certified copy by post or email.
- Collect the certified copy at the Student Information & Administration.

You can request a declaration of deregistration in two ways:- Fill in the Application form statements and receive the declaration by post or email.
- Collect the declaration at the Student Information & Administration.

What is a Proof of paid tuition fees (BBC)?
The proof of paid tuition fees (known in Dutch as Bewijs Betaald Collegegeld or BBC) is a document that proves that you paid tuition fees to an educational institution.
If you are studying at two or more Dutch educational institutions, in a number of cases, you will only have to pay tuition fees at one educational institution. You can pay with a proof of paid tuition fees or BBC at the other institution.
