Multi-faculty exchange agreements

The University of Groningen has exchange agreements with partner institutions all over the world. Most of these are agreements at faculty level, but others are open to staff and students from all University of Groningen faculties.

Outgoing students

Current students of the University of Groningen, who are already enrolled in a study programme, can apply at the beginning of every new academic year for one of the available places. The application have to be handed in at the International office of the faculty. More information can be found on the Student Portal.

Incoming students

The Multi Faculty Exchange (MFE) programme is an exchange programme between the University of Groningen and partner universites from all over the world. Students who are currently enrolled at one of the partner universities listed below, can apply for an exchange at the University of Groningen under the MFE programmes.

To participate in the MFE programme students can contact the International Office of their home university. The home university needs to nominate the students who are eligible for the MFE programmes.
